Born and raised in Texas, I am a people person with a passion for sports education.  I take great pride in my lifelong connections in the track and field world and I love to see athletes take their passion to the next level.

I was raised in the DFW metroplex and attended the University of Arkansas for track and field. I ran hurdles and high jumped for the Razorbacks during that time we won 3 National Championships.  My time at the University of Arkansas was the best college experience because it was the perfect fit for my skills, my education and my coaches who helped me become the man and mentor I am today.

After college, I knew I wanted to coach and make a difference in athlete's lives.  I have coached and/or have been in the recruiting world for 40 years.  During those years, I have been able to foster close relationships within every division of the NCAA and Internationally. These loyal relationships allow for a more direct recruiting and scholarship routes along with personal contacts and access to colleagues looking for student-athletes.
